How do we track our RSVPs? Are they just in a Google Sheet?
No, we do not use messy spreadsheets! When a guest RSVPs, their information is securely routed to your personal, real-time dashboard. You can log in anytime to see your exact headcount and contact details in one clean, organized interface.
Do we have to build or edit the website ourselves?
Not at all. We are a premium 'done-for-you' service. You simply fill out our details questionnaire, and our team of developers handles all the coding, design, and formatting. We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on planning your wedding.
How long does it take to launch our website?
Once you submit your onboarding form, your custom digital command center will be live within 7 to 12 business days!
Is there a limit to how many photos we can include?
For the main 'Love Story' and 'Pre-Nup' galleries, we recommend selecting your top 20 to 30 professional images to ensure the website loads lightning-fast on mobile devices. However, if you upgrade to our Premium tiers, your guests can upload an unlimited number of candid photos directly to your Live Gallery on the wedding day!
What are your payment terms and accepted methods?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and begin the design phase. The remaining 50% balance is only due once you are completely happy and the website is ready for final launch. We accept GCash, Maya, and major bank transfers.
How long will our digital invitation stay online?
Your website will remain live and active until 3 months after your wedding date. This gives your guests plenty of time to view the Live Gallery and download all the beautiful candid photos they shared during the reception!
Is our guest data and RSVP list secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. Your guest list is stored in a secure, private database that only you and your coordinator can access. We never use public spreadsheets, and your website will never run ads.
